Bowman Solutions was established by Dr Anne Allen, who qualified as an archaeologist before working in Higher Education teaching, research and administration in Durham and Newcastle Universities. In 2000 she joined the management team at The Bowes Museum when it was established as an independent trust. Since then she has been instrumental in delivering capital projects, fundraising and partnership working. In 2002 she set up Bowman Solutions to provide freelance project management and consultancy to the public and private sectors in economic development and the cultural and creative industries. Anne gets projects off the ground and takes the lead in bid writing, business planning, marketing, project management and stakeholder facilitation.
