The Barnard Castle Vision is an emerging masterplan, based on extensive consultation which is regularly updated through continuous public consultation and evaluation. Bowman Solutions has been contracted since 2007 to research and develop new projects to meet emerging needs.

Anne has worked extensively with funders and community stakeholders to realise the Digital Dale roll out of next generation broadband using WiMax technology (currently underway), WiFi zones in Barnard Castle and Middleton-in-Teesdale and Newgate Studios (NeST), a workspace and gallery for digital and creative businesses.

Bowman Solutions is currently leading a £3m project to restore and redevelop The Witham, a Grade II listed building as a community and business hub.
